DEDICATED TO THE EDUCATION OF STUDENTS WHO ARE BLIND AND VISUALLY IMPAIRED SINCE 1904

Parent Craft Day

On Wednesday, November 29, 2017, Lavelle School for the Blind held the 3rd Annual Parent-Child Craft Day. The theme was “Winter Wonderland Celebration.” Parents and students had the opportunity to stop at three different craft stations where they made: Popsicle Stick Snowmen, Decorative Cookies and a Gingerbread House. We also enjoyed cookies and refreshments while listening to holiday music. Thank you to all the parents who came to enjoy this special time with your child. Thank you to Ms. Debbie for making cookies and Mr. Dave for creating the music playlist. Also a very special thank you to Mr. Deni and all the staff who helped make this day such a success! Looking forward to seeing everyone and more at next year’s Parent- Child Craft Day Event.
